DOWNLOAD THE WATCHPAT ONE APP ON YOUR SMART PHONE
follow the instructions on the app
YouTube has a very good instruction video as well
Follow the detailed instructions included and complete one night's sleep with the WatchPAT device on whilst connected via Bluetooth to your smartphone
discard the watchpat one in the morning
the study will be automatically sent to the cloud
If you have a WatchPAT ONE-M, you will keep the device for the next night of testing.

You will get a letter telling you of the findings
Wondering what the Sleep Report will look like?
A detailed sleep report will be prepared from the recordings of the WatchPAT device, and interpreted by a sleep physician, which is included as part of the Home Sleep Study Kit. An example of a sleep report is shown below.
